Camp Activities

All campers will be able to experience horseback riding every day of camp! They will learn proper grooming, tacking, horse handling, and horse nutrition during camp.

Campers get to enjoy daily activities after riding such as: gardening, swimming, archery, hayride, driving a tractor, games, and learn basic farm chores.

What to bring to camp each day:

lunch water bottle hat sunscreen bugspray hairbrush

swimsuit towel extra clothes close toed shoes

Camp Crafts

One of our popular camp crafts is painting handmade bird houses! This is a project they work on all week during summer camps. If you've ever been on one of our trail rides and have seen these brightly colored bird houses along our trails, they were painted by our campers to mark your path!

Teen's Only Horse Camp

Eligible for campers 13-19yo. This is a new camp that was added in 2024 based on popular demand, and it was a blast! Registration procedure is the same as for all other camps.  Schedule will begin with campers bringing horses into the barn for the evening, mixing feed, PM feeding of the whole farm, grooming and tacking horses, arena riding, a sunset trail ride around the farm, after riding horse care, campers learn to build a camp fire, hot dog and marshmallow roast, and finish the evening with night time swimming.

Teen's Only camp cont'd

Camp hours are 4:00pm - 9:00pm.  Campers should bring a water bottle, change of clothes, swim suit, towels, and packed lunch. Even though we have a "cookout" towards the end of this camp with food, this is still a long and physically demanding camp, so you will want to bring food for a "dinner break".
